(AURN) -- An unnamed 15-year-old African-American male was allegedely beaten by two white members of a Baltimore neighborhood watch group in 2010. Two brothers Elivahu (pictured) and Avi Werdesheim have been charged with second-degree assault, false imprisonment and carrying a deadly weapon, however the case has yet to begin. Attorneys for the men have posponed the case six times and have most recently made a motion to move the trial out of Baltimore, saying the George Zimmerman case may have a negative impact on their client's chance for a fair trial.
